Basic Function基本職責
Provides functional direction to hotel sales, Marcom and reservation staff area to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of the approved business plan and budget as well as marketing and sales plans. Direct and plan hotel advertising and PR plans to raise brand awareness. Implement corporate marketing program initiatives to drive incremental channel shift. Executes strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for room nights, drive incremental revenues, stimulate product demand and achieve #1 or 2 RGI positioning among identified competitive set.
為酒店銷售、市場傳訊部、預定部員工制定工作計劃及指導，并落實執行各部門工作計劃和預算指標。通過酒店廣告及公關計劃增強酒店的知名度。制定市場及客戶拓展計劃以增加銷售通路。始終貫徹市場策略的執行來增加客房率及提高酒店收入。
Job Specification工作要求
1. A degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
大學教育程度及市場專業。
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales in an international hotel environment.
至少8年國際性酒店的相關工作經驗。
3. Personable, aggressive and articulate.
有進取心及良好形象。
4. Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills.
良好的書寫和口頭交流技巧，英文及普通語言話流利。
5. Excellent Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff.
卓越的領導能力，善于管理并激勵員工。
6. Established relationships with key multinational accounts, commercial houses, travel agents and tour operators.
資深處理國際市場經驗及對市場有很好的了解。
7. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
