Job Responsibilities:

?????? ?????? Drive revenue generation throughaggressive goal setting, team motivation, and proven sales strategies.

?????? ?????? Analyze market competition and markettrends and identify client needs using business tools and first - hand observation.

?????? ?????? Provide strategic, data - based revenuemanagement plans for the hotel, including rate development, establishment ofgroup thresholds, space utilization, demand analysis, market mix management,and deployment strategies.

?????? ?????? Proactively solicit and secure businessfrom new and prospective clients using proven sales strategies aligned with thehotel’s brand and vision.

?????? ?????? Provide collaboration, mentorship,coaching, and training to the hotel sales team, continually assessing thestrengths and opportunities of team members.

?????? ?????? Ensure effective utilization of sellingguidelines to maximize revenue contribution from all segments, employing cross- segment selling strategies when needed.

?????? ?????? Manage client contract process includingnegotiation, provisions, supplemental solution selling, and contractgeneration, capturing all information necessary for execution and billing.

Qualifications:

?????? ?????? Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills, including electronic communication.

?????? ?????? Must be able to speak, read, and write inprimary language used in the workplace.

?????? ?????? Sales experience in hotels required.

?????? ?????? A 4 - year degree in hospitality /business management or marketing, or equivalent experience and education.
