崗位職責/職位描述
Supervise the day-to-day human resource task;
監督日常人力資源工作任務;
? Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B;
負責人力資源規劃、招聘、績效管理、薪資福利等;
? Responsible for training and development;
負責培訓和員工發展規劃;
? Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people
management skills and knowledge;
為管理層提供人力資源實際工作的指導并發展他們的人員管理技巧及知識;
? Cooperation with the management staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve
organizational effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions;
同管理層人員合作分析問題及需求以達到組織的有效性,并提供解決方法以及這些解決方法實行的項目管理;
? Keep regular communication with rank & file staff, help department/property to identify and resolvepotential HR issues.
定期與基層員工進行溝通,協助部門和物業及時發現潛在人事問題并協助處理相關事宜;
? Be involved in any HR related programme and provide professional advice (eg. manpower
out-sourcing contract, etc.)
參與到部門所有有關人力資源相關的項目當中,并給于專業建議,(如勞動力外包合同等項目)
Requirements
資質要求
? Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上學歷;
? More than 3 years relevant HR management experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少3年以上在酒店/服務公寓行業人力資源管理的工作經驗;
? Familiar with regional pay and benefits status, and have a good working experience in the
recruitment of strategic management and training management;
熟悉區域薪資福利狀況,并在招聘策略管理和培訓管理方面有很好的工作經驗;
? Familiar with the domestic labor laws;
熟悉國內的勞動法規;
? Good Chinese and English communication skills;
良好的中英文溝通能力;
? Can withstand strong working pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
