崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Supervise the day-to-day human resource task;
監(jiān)督日常人力資源工作任務(wù)；
? Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B;
負(fù)責(zé)人力資源規(guī)劃、招聘、績效管理、薪資福利等；
? Responsible for training and development;
負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)和員工發(fā)展規(guī)劃；
? Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people
management skills and knowledge;
為管理層提供人力資源實際工作的指導(dǎo)并發(fā)展他們的人員管理技巧及知識；
? Cooperation with the management staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve
organizational effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions;
同管理層人員合作分析問題及需求以達到組織的有效性，并提供解決方法以及這些解決方法實行的項目管理；
? Keep regular communication with rank & file staff, help department/property to identify and resolvepotential HR issues.
定期與基層員工進行溝通,協(xié)助部門和物業(yè)及時發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在人事問題并協(xié)助處理相關(guān)事宜；
? Be involved in any HR related programme and provide professional advice (eg. manpower
out-sourcing contract, etc.)
參與到部門所有有關(guān)人力資源相關(guān)的項目當(dāng)中,并給于專業(yè)建議，(如勞動力外包合同等項目)
Requirements
資質(zhì)要求
? Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上學(xué)歷；
? More than 3 years relevant HR management experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少3年以上在酒店/服務(wù)公寓行業(yè)人力資源管理的工作經(jīng)驗；
? Familiar with regional pay and benefits status, and have a good working experience in the
recruitment of strategic management and training management;
熟悉區(qū)域薪資福利狀況，并在招聘策略管理和培訓(xùn)管理方面有很好的工作經(jīng)驗；
? Familiar with the domestic labor laws;
熟悉國內(nèi)的勞動法規(guī)；
? Good Chinese and English communication skills;
良好的中英文溝通能力；
? Can withstand strong working pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
