Main Duties
行政
Administration
§? 確保辦公室行政工作流程的高效運行。
Ensures efficient office administration
procedures.
§? 確保所有培訓記錄在人事系統中的維護,歸檔以及更新。
Ensures that all training records are
maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.
§? 確保所有培訓檔案的使用的精確性和保密性。
Ensures Training documents are properly
routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
§? 根據要求維護并更新人工檔案和計算機系統。
Maintains and updates manual and
computerised filing system as required.
§? 根據進修及培訓發展部經理的要求與當地勞動行政部門聯系所有相關事宜。
Liaises with the local Labour authority for
all related matters as assigned by the Learning and Development Manager.
§? 協助并確保所有員工設施維護的標準化,比如:學習室和員工閱覽室。
Assists in ensuring all employee facilities
are maintained within standards, i.e. Learning Rooms and Library.
§? 協助匯總部門運營手冊、員工任務清單和任務分解的內容,并保證其準確性。
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of
the Departmental Operations Manuals, Associates Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
§? 協助制定年度培訓計劃,確保培訓目標完全符合酒店經營目標和員工的培訓需求。
Assists in the preparation of the annual
Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of
the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.
§? 協助進修及培訓發展部經理收集所有培訓課程的出勤記錄表。
Assists the Learning and Development Manager
in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
§? 嚴格遵守酒店的政策和程序。
Complies with hotel’s Policies &
Procedures.
賓客服務
Customer Service
§? 通過培訓及協助其他同事的培訓,支持酒店的關注重點 – 優質服務,使酒店員工能夠為外部客人(顧客)提供超出客人期望的服務。
Supports the hotel’s focus on service
excellence by training and assisting others to train people to provide
exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers (guests).
§? 為酒店其他員工(內部顧客)以及到人力資源部的所有人員提供專業、禮貌和熱心的服務。
Provides the appropriate level of professional,
courteous and caring service to other associates (internal customers) and other
visitors to the division.
財務
Financial
§? 確保酒店內所有有關財務記錄、金錢和執照等相關的規定、政策和條例嚴格遵循酒店、公司和當地法律的規定,包括及時準確地提供有關財務方面信息的報告。
Ensures that all hotel, company and local
rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money
handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate
reporting of financial information.

Marketing
§? 協助人力資源總監、人力資源部經理,進修及培訓發展部經理匯集和執行所有員工溝通方面的資料和活動。
Assists the Director of Human Resources and
Human Resources Manger, Learning Manager with the compilation and
implementation of all associate communications.
§? 確保員工了解所有酒店內部的規章和制度,并很好地執行。
Ensures that all in-house rules and
regulations are communicated to associates and implemented.
§? 協助制定人力資源工作日歷并監督執行情況。
Monitors and prepares the Human Resources
Calendar.
§? 保證集團的資料能夠得到有效的傳達。
Ensures the effective dissemination of
corporate materials.

Operational
§? 協助協調員工獎勵項目。
Assists with the coordination of the
associate recognition programmes.
§? 協助完成以下員工溝通項目的編輯、執行和保持,如員工手冊、每月人事活動計劃、培訓信息更新、員工布告欄和電視交流。
Assists in the compilation, implementation
and upkeep of the following associate communications – Associate Handbook,
Monthly HR Activity Schedule, Learning and Development Update, Associate Notice
Boards, and Television Communication.
§? 協助部門之間所有活動的協調工作,以及員工獎勵等活動的協調工作。
Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental
social activities and associate award presentations.

Personnel
§? 協助以人本品牌在酒店內各部門的執行。
Supports the implementation of The People
Brand in every department in the hotel.
§? 協助監督所有人力資源部員工的出勤和儀容儀表,確保員工穿著正確的制服并符合酒店和部門的儀表及衛生標準。
Assists to oversee the punctuality and
appearance of all Human Resources associates, making sure that they wear the
correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and
hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
§? 通過合理的培訓、輔導,以及/或顧問,提高人力資源部所有員工的工作技巧和效率。
Develops the skills and effectiveness of all
Human Resources associates through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or
mentoring.
§? 確保所有員工了解并遵守酒店、集團和當地的政策法規中有關的消防、危險和安全的制度。
Ensures that associates follow all hotel,
company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard
safety, and security.
§? 及時反饋員工意見調查的結果并確保相關改變得到執行。
Feedback the results of the Employee
Engagement Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in
associate and industrial relations.
§? 了解并嚴格執行員工手冊中的規章制度,以及和酒店政策相關的消防、衛生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules
and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies
concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
§? 保持高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表。
Ensures high standards of personal
presentation and grooming.
§? 與旅游學校和大學保持良好及專業的關系。
Maintains strong, professional relationships
with local schools, hotel schools and universities.
§? 根據行業、公司及酒店的指引,回應對人力資源作用方面變化的需求。
Responds to changes in the Human Resources
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§? 根據要求出席酒店和部門的培訓和會議。
Attends training sessions and meetings as
and when required.
