崗位職責/職位描述
1、全面負責酒店及商業(yè)財務(wù)部門的日常管理工作，制定和完善財務(wù)管理制度及流程；
?2、負責制定酒店的財務(wù)規(guī)劃和年度預算，包括銷售收入目標、成本控制、資金流動管理等，并確保預算的執(zhí)行和控制；?
3、監(jiān)督酒店及商業(yè)所有財務(wù)活動，確保符合法律法規(guī)和集團財務(wù)政策；
?4、與各部門協(xié)調(diào)，收集信息，制定準確的預算計劃，監(jiān)控預算執(zhí)行情況，及時調(diào)整和糾正必要的行動；
?5、負責編制和提交準確的財務(wù)報告，以及財務(wù)指標分析；?
6、負責稅務(wù)籌劃、成本控制和資金管理，優(yōu)化酒店及商業(yè)財務(wù)運營效率；?
7、協(xié)調(diào)與銀行、稅務(wù)、審計等外部機構(gòu)的關(guān)系，處理相關(guān)事務(wù)；?
8、領(lǐng)導財務(wù)團隊，包括培訓、績效考核和團隊建設(shè)，完成其他與財務(wù)管理相關(guān)的工作。
1. Take full responsibility for the daily management of the hotel and commercial finance departments, and formulate and improve financial management systems and processes;?
2. Responsible for developing the hotel's financial plan and annual budget, including sales revenue targets, cost control, cash flow management, etc., and ensuring the execution and control of the budget;?
3. Oversee all financial activities of the hotel and commercial properties to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and the group's financial policies;?
?4. Coordinate with various departments, collect information, develop accurate budget plans, monitor budget execution, and promptly adjust and correct necessary actions;
5. Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate financial reports and financial indicator analysis;?
6. Responsible for tax planning, cost control, and capital management, optimizing the efficiency of hotel and commercial financial operations;
7. Coordinate relationships with external institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and auditing firms, and handle related matters;?
8. Lead the finance team, including training, performance evaluation and team building, and complete other financial management-related tasks.
