崗位職責/職位描述
l? Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.
確保給每一位員工進行培訓,以使員工有能力并有效地在其崗位上工作。
l? Assists the department head in determining the training needs for the section.
協助部門領導決定部門的培訓需求。
l? Drafts training schedules for the month based on guidelines set by the department head for approval; implements planned training activities.
根據政策制定每月培訓計劃,交于部門經理批準并于當月進行培訓。
l? Coordinates with the Human Resources Training Manager in all matters pertaining to staff training and development.
在員工培訓和發展的事宜上與人力資源部培訓經理相協調。
l? Keeps tracking of training courses conducted for staff for the month and prepares monthly training summary for submission to Human Resources Department every 2nd day of the following month.
不斷跟進為員工準備的月度培訓并準備匯總培訓報表于下一月第二天交予人力資源部。
l? Implements appropriate scheduling and duty roster management to ensure staff on duty at any given time corresponds with expected business volume.
