【崗位職責(zé)Job?Description】
1.熟悉掌握酒店的產(chǎn)品知識及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Be familiar with the hotel’sproducts and services and policies.
2.禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內(nèi)部的投訴和詢問,確保問題得到圓滿解決。
Handles all guest and internalcustomer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, followingthrough to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
3.保持與顧客和同事的良好合作關(guān)系。
Maintains positive guest and colleagueinteractions with good working relationships.
4.問候、接待客人并協(xié)助做好入住登記。
Meets and greets all guests andassists with registrations.
5.確保嚴(yán)格的房卡管理制度。
Ensures the strict control ofroom keys.
6.以協(xié)助和靈活的態(tài)度與其他員工密切合作,關(guān)注酒店的整體成功和客人的滿意度。
Works closely with other Front Office personnelin a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of thehotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
