4.禮貌高效地處理所有客人和內部客人的投訴和詢問，并跟進以確保問題得到圓滿解決。

Handles all guest andinternal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

5.保持對酒店及海南富力海洋歡樂世界的設施、特色和服務的詳細認知。

Maintains adetailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F Ocean Paradise’s facilities,features and services.

6.按照酒店的專業標準接受預訂和操作系統。

Takes reservationsand operates systems in accordance with hotel standards of performance.

7.協助操作個人和團隊預訂，準備房間清單和候補預訂及其他預訂。

Assists with theprocessing of individual and group reservation, rooming list, waiting list andother reservation.? ?

8.與各相關部門緊密合作，確保正確的處理所有超額訂房，候補預訂的情況。

Ensure theproper handling of all overbooking situations and waiting list business,working closely with relevant department.

9.監督和跟進團隊預留以及無房間清單的團隊預定。
