主要職責
Main Duties
1.?制定整體的數字營銷和電子商務工作方向,以幫助提高房間和其他相關的收入。
Set overall digitaland e-Commerce direction to help drive room and other related revenues.
2.為數字銷售團隊提供持續更新的行業新聞、趨勢、問題、網站功能和案例分析,并幫助了解數字營銷要點。
Provide on going updates of industrynews, trends, issues, site features and best practices to the digital salesteam and help educate digital marketing essentials.
3.跟蹤并管理供應商的業績情況以及維護客戶關系。
Tracking and manage vendor performance, maintain relationship.
4.與收益總監緊密合作,最大化酒店渠道組合和電子商務策略的效率。
Works closely with the Director ofRevenue to maximize efficiencies in hotel’s channel mix and e-Commercestrategies.
5.?數字營銷廣告、本地渠道、SEO、電子郵件營銷、迷你網站和其他輔助收益項目等。
Digital advertising, platformlocalization, SEO, email marketing, mini-sites, and other ancillary revenueprojects, etc.?
6.策劃、開發和執行數字營銷活動,維護所有數字營銷渠道(包括攜程、微信、飛豬、抖音、小紅書、美團等)。
Plan, develop and execute digitalmarketing campaigns, maintains all digital marketing channels (including theCtrip, WeChat, Fliggy, Tik-Tok, Red Book, Meituan etc.)
7.建立數字營銷活動目標,衡量活動的表現,根據目標進行評估。
Establish goals, measure performance ofdigital campaigns and assess against goals.
8.通過數字營銷活動推動在線流量,如平臺營銷活動、KOL、推特和直播。
Drive online traffic through digitalmarketing campaigns, such as the platform campaign, KOL tweet and livestreaming.
9.作為酒店數字營銷和電子商務相關項目和活動的主要聯絡人。
Serve as primary point of contact forhotel within the responsible for digital marketing/e-Commerce related questionsand activities.
10.制定年度數字營銷計劃和整體的戰略計劃,確保SEO, PPC,移動和展示活動的ROI目標的實現。
Develop annual business plans for hotelto ensure comprehensive strategic recommendations and ensure ROI goals areachieved for SEO, PPC, mobile, and display activity.
11.管理數字營銷活動的內容,包括酒店網站,確保內容是最新和優化的。
Manage oversee content for hoteldigital activities including the property’s websites, ensuring content is up todate and optimized.

This positionwill support hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and e-Commerceprograms, with the primary goal being increased conversions and revenue onHyatt.com. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing(including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, emailmarketing, marketing via corporate channels and assisting with strategic socialmedia planning. This position will also oversee e-Commerce activity includingthe strategic management of the hotel’s website, apps and mini-sites whereapplicable.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1.3年以上本地市場相關數字媒體策劃經驗(SEO, PPC,展示,移動和社交平臺)。
3 years minimum experience with digital media planning (SEO, PPC, display, mobile and social platforms) relevant to local market.
2.必須能夠適應市場的需求和技術的不斷升級。
Must be able to adjust to the needs of marketing constituents, along with ever changing advancements in technology.
3.流利的英語和普通話口語和書寫。
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
