主要職責

Main Duties

2.?保持對酒店及海南富力海洋歡樂世界的設(shè)施、特色和服務(wù)的詳細認知。

Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&FOcean Paradise’s facilities, features and services.

3.?進行廣泛的競爭酒店調(diào)查，保持對酒店信息的詳細認知。

Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintainsexcellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.

4.?對現(xiàn)有和潛在的客戶進行銷售拜訪以獲取新的商業(yè)機會。

Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned whichis our current and potential clientele to explore into new businessopportunities.

5.?執(zhí)行市場營銷計劃中列明的相關(guān)責任區(qū)域中的銷售行動計劃。

Implements all salesaction plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

6.?通過提高個人技巧、能力，適當?shù)挠?xùn)練，指導(dǎo)和教育，使銷售人員達到最大的工作效力。

Maximises the effectiveness of associates by developing eachof their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching,and/or mentoring.

7.?協(xié)助組織年度業(yè)績發(fā)展的討論和對于員工的專業(yè)發(fā)展目標給以幫助。

Assists to conduct annual Performance DevelopmentDiscussions with associates and to support them in their professionaldevelopment goals.?

8.?熟知酒店的員工手冊內(nèi)容，嚴格執(zhí)行酒店的規(guī)章制度，尤其是有關(guān)消防、衛(wèi)生、健康、安全的制度、酒店故事情節(jié)以及設(shè)計概念、樂園日常運營知識、凱悅天地關(guān)鍵性政策和規(guī)則。

Reads the hotel's associateHandbook and have an understanding and adhere of hotel's rules and regulationsand in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene,health, safety, storyline and concept direction,ocean paradise daily operations, World of Hyatt critical policy and rules.

任職資格：

Qualification:

1. 至少2年在國際連鎖酒店的同崗位相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。

Minimum 2+ years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

2. 擁有豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗和執(zhí)行力。
