主要職責(zé)



Main Duties

1.協(xié)助大堂吧營運中順暢和高效的服務(wù)，依照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確保餐廳成功運作并獨立盈利



Assists with the smooth and efficient service
of the Lounge Operation ensuring that the outlet operate successfully, in
accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

2.向客人呈送菜單，回答客人問詢并為客人提供關(guān)于食品、飲料及服務(wù)的建議。



Presents
menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food,
beverage and service to guests.

3.根據(jù)所定的程序接受點菜并為客人服務(wù)食品及飲料。



Takes
orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established
sequence and procedures.

4.根據(jù)部門營運指南要求確保部門內(nèi)所有餐飲物品、設(shè)備和其他設(shè)施得到妥善保管和維護 。



Ensures
all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are
maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements.



5.記錄客人點菜并及時提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，不得無故延誤。



Takes
guest order and serves items without unnecessary delay.



6.熟悉并對餐廳菜單和酒單有相當(dāng)?shù)牧私狻?/p>

Familiars
and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu and Wine List.

7.§? 促銷飲品以提高營業(yè)收入。



Up-sells
beverage to increase the revenue.



8?.向餐廳領(lǐng)班/副理報告所有困難及問題，以便解決和跟進。



Reports
any difficulties or problem to Team Leader/ Assistant Manager for solution or
follow up actions.



9.?保持所有酒水和客人供應(yīng)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)庫存量。



Maintains
par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.



10.確保根據(jù)要求和運作需要做好餐前準(zhǔn)備工作。



Prepares
mis-en-place according to the requirement and operation needs.



11.清潔并重新擺設(shè)餐臺和餐桌。



Clears and
resets counters or tables.



12.根據(jù)要求準(zhǔn)備及服務(wù)雞尾酒。



Prepares
and serves Cocktail as requested.



12.在特別推廣或活動期間，根據(jù)活動主題協(xié)助餐廳的擺臺和裝飾。



Assists in
setting up/ decorating the Outlet according to the theme during special
promotions or occasions.



13.?確保所有飲品在適合溫度下的妥善儲存。



Ensures
all beverage stock are kept in the proper storage under the appropriate
temperature.



14.確保所有杯具的光亮、潔凈。



Ensures
all glasses are well polished.



15.協(xié)助對大堂吧的盤點并保持準(zhǔn)確的盤存記錄。



Assists in
the Lounge stock inventory and maintains an
accurate inventory record.



15.提出補充大堂吧飲品的申請。



Submits
request for replenishing the beverage items in the Lounge.

16.運營時確保向客人提供充分高效的服務(wù)。

One should
ensure to 100% focus on customers during operation and provide authentic /
sufficient service.

17.餐飲部其他部門需要時提供必要的協(xié)助。







One should
provide assistance to other food & beverage venues when needed.
