主要職責
Main Duties
1. 協助廚房,經營各個餐飲點,完成酒店的標準和達成酒店的商業目標。
To assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of outlets
and banquets, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
2.全面落實酒店廚房部的各項標準。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
3.?監督西餅房的工作標準得以貫徹執行。
Monitors Bakery and Pastry standards in all outlets and banquets.
4.核對商品預定單和接收單。
Checks incoming ingredients ensuring that all merchandise is in
accordance with order sheets and receiving records.
5.根據菜譜和就餐人數定期檢查原材料的準備情況。
Ensures orderly handling of all raw products and checks that quantities
prepared are according to recipes and plate specifications.
6.準備和監督每日的餐前準備工作,保證為每個廚房提供充足的新鮮美味的西點。
Prepares and supervises daily mise en place and ensures that all
sections are supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated
business levels.
7.?監督廚房的運作,保證使用新鮮的西點。
Frequently verifies that only fresh products are used
in Bakery and Pastry preparation.
8.?定期檢查輸送給每個廚房的西點,必須嚴格遵守酒店廚房部的相關規定。
Frequently tastes bakery and pastry products in all outlets and be
demanding and critical when it comes to Food and Beverage quality.
9.?給西餅房制訂并嚴格執行衛生條例。
Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen.
10.積極響應客人調查的合理建議,并盡快改善。
Responds to the results of the LRA and ensures that the relevant changes
are implemented.
