主要職責

Main Duties

1.?定期主持召開部門溝通會并確保部門例會和會議切實有效且在必要時進行指導。

Conducts regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and
meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

2.?保持與顧客和同事的良好合作關系。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

3.?確保所有員工始終提供給客人禮貌、專業的服務。

Ensures all associates provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

4.?確保所有前廳部員工遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優異的對客服務。

Ensures that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide
exceptional service at all times.

5.繁忙時期確保前廳部及其他各個區域均能有條不紊地運作并實現酒店的品牌承諾。

Spends time in Front Office areas during peak periods to ensure that the area is
managed well by the respective team and delivers the brand promise.

6.?與相關部門經理協作,監控房務部的整體服務標準,采取必要的改進措施。

Monitors Rooms’ standards in general, working through the respective Department Heads to take corrective action where necessary.

7.與客房經理協作,經常性的巡視和全面檢查房間和其它房務區域的總體運營情況。

Conducts frequent and thorough inspections of guest rooms and Rooms areas in general together with the Housekeeper manager.

8.?確保嚴格的房卡管理制度。

Ensures the strict control of room keys.

9.確保提前預留每日預抵貴賓房間、特殊要求房間、長住客的房間;通知客房準備房間,確保每間房間放置適當的歡迎贈品。

Ensures that all daily arrival V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, and long stay guest rooms are pre-blocked in advance, that Housekeeping is notified and that each room is prepared with the appropriate welcome amenities.

10.?確保在所有貴賓及長住客人抵達時親自接待。

Ensures that all V.I.P. and long stay guests are met on arrival.?

11.發揚“群策群力”的精神,確保前廳部員工與其他部門在工作中相互支持、靈活變通。

Ensures that the Front Office associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.


任職資格:

Qualification:

1.確保前廳部高效順暢的運作
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division
2.很強的培訓能力和人際交往能力。
Strong training skills and interpersonal skills.
3.很強的英語交流溝通能力
Excellent communication skills in English.
4.熟練的計算機能力并熟悉辦公軟件系統。
Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system
5.5年以上國際酒店工作經驗,一年以上同崗位經驗就職經驗。
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1 years’ experience in a similar position
