主要職責

Main Duties

1.協助經理發展，完善，監督酒店的安全系統，包括消防安全，員工和財產保護。

To assist the Security Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

2.持續監視安全裝置中緊急的狀況。

Continuously monitors installed safety devices for emergency readiness.

3.巡邏公共區域，餐廳，客用樓梯，辦公室，植物室，以及酒店的其他地方，確保這些地方和酒店內、外財產的安全，并使客人和員工覺得舒適。

Patrols public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant rooms and all other areas of the Hotel, ensuring safety, security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel and property in and around the Hotel.

4.熟悉酒店的布局、地址、消防噴灑系統、煙霧測桿器、防火的設備、緊急出口、消防監控室、消防指示器、緊急疏散和公共地址系統、酒店外的緊急集合地點、火/炸彈的威脅、安全程序，酒店的服務電梯以及緊急救護的設備。

Conversant with every detail of the Hotel layout and the location and function of sprinkler system and smoke detectors, fire fighting equipment and emergency exits, fire control room and fire indicator panels, emergency evacuation and public address systems.

5.指定突發緊急事件時酒店外的集合地點,并確保每個員工都清楚該地點的位置。

Designates an emergency assembly area outside the Hotel and makes aware to all employees of the area.

6.指明火災炸藥威脅,并建立保安程序。

Establishes fire/ bomb threat and security procedures.

7.確保所有客人和客用電梯的安全。

Ensures the safety of all guest and service lifts.

8.對火災預防和安全建立系統程序。

Establishes operational procedures for Fire Prevention and Safety.

9.對酒店車位進行有效的管理控制。

Establishes efficient traffic control at the Hotel driveway.

10.同當地管理局建立良好的合作關系,并根據當地的政策,遵守所有的規章制度。

Establishes smooth working relationship with local authorities and liaises with them on all required regulations and activities.

11.處理、調查并報告所有有關偷竊、事故、受傷、財產損壞、暴力行為和侵害的事，如有需要的話，協助當地警方對客人、來訪者或員工進行詢問。

Handles investigation and reports finding on all?incidents involves thefts, accidents, injuries, property damages, vandalism and?trespassing from guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of?local police if necessary.

12.根據保安部員工守則,計劃并協調對客房地板,公共區域,外圍,辦公室及酒店內與酒店周圍所有地方的非正式巡查。

Plans and coordinates ongoing “Non Patterned” patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices and all other areas within and around the Hotel as specified in the Security Operations Manual.

任職資格：

Qualification:

1.有中級消防證

Hold mid-level fire-fighting certificate

2.具有法律，調查手段，治安消防工作知識

Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.

3.國際聯號保安工作至少5年以上

Security experience at international chain hotels should be at least 5 years or more.
