主要職責(zé)
MainDuties
1.確保前廳部高效順暢的運(yùn)作
To ensure the smooth and efficient running ofthe Front Office Department within the Rooms Division
2.禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內(nèi)部的投訴和詢問,確保問題得到圓滿解決。
Handlesall guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily?
3.確保所有員工始終提供給客人禮貌、專業(yè)的服務(wù)。
Ensuresall associates provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
4.確保所有前廳部員工遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優(yōu)異的對客服務(wù)。
Ensures that all Front Office associates deliverthe brand promise and provide exceptional service at all times.
5.確保所有前廳部員工熟悉掌握酒店的產(chǎn)品知識及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Ensuresthat all Front Office associates are familiar with the hotel’s products andservices.
6.確保所有前廳部員工知悉最新的促銷信息,規(guī)章制度及其他重要信息。
Ensuresthat all Front Office associates are aware of current promotions, policies andother important information.
7.經(jīng)常性的親自確認(rèn)客人在入住和離店過程中得到盡善盡美的服務(wù)。
Personallyand frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible serviceduring check-in and check-out.
8.繁忙時期確保前廳部及其他各個區(qū)域均能有條不紊地運(yùn)作并實(shí)現(xiàn)酒店的品牌承諾。
Spendstime in Front Office areas during peak periods to ensure that the area ismanaged well by the respective team and delivers the brand promise.?
9.與客人建立和諧的客服關(guān)系并長久保持。
Establishesa rapport with guests and maintains good customer relationship.
10.確保客人信息的歷史記錄得到精確的維護(hù),并提前對回頭客進(jìn)行入住登記。
Ensuresthat guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests arepre-registered.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1.良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和人際交往能力。
Strongleadership skills and interpersonal skills.
2.良好的英語交流溝通能力。
Excellentcommunication skills in English.
3.處理客人問題的能力。
Handleguest incident skills
4.熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)能力并熟悉辦公軟件系統(tǒng)。
Excellentcomputer skills Microsoft office and related system.
5.3年以上國際酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),1年以上同崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)就職經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimumof 3 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1 years’ experiencein a similar position in.
