透徹了解凱悅國際對成本審計的目標，以協助主管建立一個有效的審計系統，對物料管理部門的活動進行審計；協助各部門經理，提供他們所需要的成本數據，以便他們更好地對其營運部門進行管理，實現利潤最大化；對后場的活動進行審計，比如：物料管理和中央廚房；對餐飲部各個外場的每日營運進行審計；透徹了解物料部的運作，如：收貨，采購，發貨，入庫和中央廚房；全面掌握內部控制程序。

Understands thoroughly Hyatt International objectives in Cost Audit as to provide an effective auditing system for the activities of the Materials Management division. Provides Department Heads with the cost figures necessary for them to operate their individual profit centre profitably. Audits back-of-house functions; namely, materials management and the commissary kitchen. Audits the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets. Fully conversant with operation of the Materials Department, i.e. receiving, purchasing, issuing, storing and commissary kitchen. Fully familiar with internal control procedures.
