您的職責是為顧客提供始終如一的卓越服務。 協助公共關系經理制定、實施、監控及評估酒店的營銷傳播戰略,包括廣告、促銷、公共關系、圖片及宣傳材料,從而為酒店的市場目標提供支持,并最大程度地提高酒店在當地、國內及國外市場的正面曝光率。
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Assists the Public Relations Manager to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
最好擁有酒店或旅游管理領域的相關學位或學歷;最少一年酒店領域的工作經驗;必須具有良好的解決問題、溝通和人際交往能力。
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
