您的職責是在遵循凱悅酒店集團的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業(yè)主的期望。 領導酒店內(nèi)的所有銷售活動,并與房務部、餐飲部及其它創(chuàng)收部門密切合作,通過銷售部及其他員工的努力實現(xiàn)銷售最大化。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
最好擁有營銷或酒店/旅游管理的本科或專科學歷;至少兩年銷售部總監(jiān)或銷售部副總監(jiān)的工作經(jīng)驗;必須具有良好的解決問題、行政管理和人際交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
