MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 職責(zé)概要 :
1. The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team.
銷售經(jīng)理須協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)監(jiān)督整個(gè)營(yíng)業(yè)部門的運(yùn)作。
2. Responsible in achieving the room objectives of his/her markets and business segments.
與銷售總監(jiān)共同努力, 以實(shí)現(xiàn)酒店的市場(chǎng)定位和收入目標(biāo),并完成個(gè)人市場(chǎng)劃分內(nèi)的銷售指標(biāo)。
3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through customer relationship management.
在與市場(chǎng)銷售有關(guān)的酒店戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃和總體經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)方面, 向銷售總監(jiān)提供建議和支持, 樹立酒店良好的品牌形象.維護(hù)集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),品牌的一致性和酒店的形象。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務(wù) :
1.1 Assist DOS on marketing plan, monthly forecast and annual budget for the Sales department.
協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)制定推廣計(jì)劃,部門溝通計(jì)劃和每月銷售預(yù)測(cè)。
1.2 Ensure significant data for department is tracked and reported accurately to support administration of the Sales and Marketing function as whole.
確保本部門重要數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)追索備檔以便市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷部運(yùn)作之用。
1.3 Responsible for dissemination of business related information to related departments.
負(fù)責(zé)向酒店相關(guān)部門提供準(zhǔn)確的商業(yè)信息。
1.4 Maintain close co-ordination with respective departments on special requirements.
與酒店各部門緊密協(xié)調(diào)以便滿足客戶需求之供給。
1.5 Work closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered at all time.
與酒店各部門緊密配合以便向客戶提供及時(shí)到位的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
1.6 Handle the assigned tasks for DOS/DOSM to complete and report the status on timely fashion.
及時(shí)完成市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)和銷售總監(jiān)指定的工作。
1.7 Lead the sales teams to finish the daily routine duties for completing with monthly targets.
指導(dǎo)隊(duì)員完成每日工作和月度銷售目標(biāo)。
2. Sell hotel product and focus on Rooms
2.1 Sell all hotel products, focus on room sales and achieve the team and individual targets.
定期拜訪銷售總監(jiān)分配的客戶和銷售轄區(qū),盡可能安排與宴會(huì)銷售同事共同拜訪新的潛力客戶。
2.2 Solicit new business through sales call, tele-sales, sales blitz and trade show.
與酒店市場(chǎng)傳媒部門密切配合,以提高酒店聲譽(yù)和知名度,達(dá)到最大宣傳和曝光率。
2.3 Adhere to contract standards and policies in order to maintain consistencies and to reduce customer claims and complaints.
代表酒店作為與商務(wù)客戶溝通的聯(lián)接渠道(商業(yè)性質(zhì))。
2.4 Participate in negotiation or re-negotiations, i.e., proposals, contracts to meet clients’ request and maximum the revenue.
盡可能的促銷酒店產(chǎn)品,特別是客房銷售。
2.5 Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, cost estimates, budget(s), contractual terms and related tools to support the sales process.
向姐妹酒店發(fā)送MI LEAD信息,以完成既定的指標(biāo)。
3.1 Maximize utilization of available services and resources Communication.
充分利用現(xiàn)有資源和配備做到最佳的溝通。
3.2 Resolve operational challenges, finalize plans and arrangements and to
coordinate integration of required services on a timely basis.
解決業(yè)務(wù)上的挑戰(zhàn),敲定具體部署和安排,并及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)客人所需之服務(wù)。
3.3 Ensure Group Resume is updated and pass it to the concerning
departments on time.
確保團(tuán)隊(duì)通知單及時(shí)更新并發(fā)送到相關(guān)部門。
3.4 Check and follow the no-show report and give feedback to DOS on the
following day.
檢查跟進(jìn)前日的訂房未現(xiàn)及時(shí)將反饋報(bào)告給銷售總監(jiān)。
3.5 Ensure revised booking or cancellation is updated by Reservation and
logged on business lost report. Especially some special issues.
及時(shí)跟進(jìn)客房預(yù)訂更改或取消.特殊事件丟失生意要著重記錄在案。
3.6 Ensure daily arrival clients’ room arrangement and fruit amenity set up and the other special requirement is followed well. Meet VIP client upon their arrival. Also inform DOS to greet depends on situation. Inform GSM or FOM about VIP arrival time and other important information.
檢查次日抵店客戶的預(yù)訂和物品安排,在貴賓抵店時(shí)予以迎接,重要賓客需要及時(shí)知會(huì)銷售總監(jiān).通知客戶經(jīng)理等相關(guān)部門有關(guān)于貴賓抵店時(shí)間等細(xì)節(jié)。

工作能力: 1. General Working Knowledge: Familiar with hotel operation process and hotel product knowledge.
基本工作常識(shí):了解酒店各運(yùn)營(yíng)部門的大致操作程序,掌握酒店產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。
2. Skills: understand the sales process, professional sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills etc.
工作技巧和能力:理解銷售流程,掌握專業(yè)銷售技巧,溝
通技巧,演示技巧,協(xié)商技巧等。
