·????? 編制每天及每周的工作計劃,并確保是根據當日的生意狀況和重要績效指標進行合理安排。

Conductschecks on works done by Hosts-Housekeeping
·?????報告賓客的建設性地反饋意見。
Reportsadverse guest comments.
·????? 報告和記錄丟失和損壞項目。
Reportsand logs lost and damaged items.
·?????報告和跟蹤每天、月度、季度對客房實施的深度清潔和預防性維護工作。
Reportsand follows up ondaily, monthly, quarterly deep cleaning andpreventive maintenance work for all guest rooms.
·????? 檢查所有公共區域。
Conductschecks on all Public Areas.
·????? 檢查承包商實施的工作。
Conductschecks on works carried out by Contractors.
·?????與外包公司的主管一起協調和檢查所其實施的工作,例如洗衣處理等。
Coordinatesand inspects with Contractor’s Supervisor on work carried out for example laundry handlingetc.
·?????確保所有會議場地和洗手間在使用前、中和后都保持干凈。
EnsuresEvents space and toilets are clean before, during and after a function.
·?????計劃和確定定期工作的時間表,如地毯清洗、深度清潔。
Plansand schedules periodic works such as, carpet shampooing, and high dusting.
·????? 確保所規定的定期工作的實施。
Ensuresscheduled periodic works are carried out.
·?????為VIP客戶的到達提供預先客房布置和準備的服務。
Performspre-setup for V.I.P. arrivals.

Ensuresall company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optionalbrand standards have been implemented where appropriate.

Ensure that GuestSatisfaction Survey (HySat) score of guest rooms is achieved or exceeded thecorporate target.

Respondsto the results of the Consumer Audit (LRA) and ensures that the relevantchanges are implemented.

Manages the'Lost and Found' items storage and makes sure all items are properly handled according to thepolicies and procedures.
·?????監督客房部賓客服務員每天完成的指定及額外任務,并根據實際經營狀況需求控制工資成本。
Monitors the assignedand extra credits that Hosts-Housekeeping has completed on daily basis andcontrols the payroll expenses according to the actual business needs
