對酒店和所有設備的有效運行負責，輔助維護和維修服務及保護業主的資產。酒店建筑方面及地面和外部設施的維養也包括在工作職責范圍內。
管理保安部的職能，為酒店的客人和員工提供安全的環境。遵守地方職業衛生與安全(OSHA)有關規定，應急措施，或其它適用的規定，以及品牌規范和地方規章制度。

Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.
Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and employees. ?Adhere to local regulations concerning OSHA, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
