遵守開始營業和結束營業的程序。?
o ? Adhere to bill paying procedures?
遵守規定的結賬程序。?
o ? Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc?
