Make sure all the guest area facilities and equipments in good condition and work by the same standards.

Get familiar with data records of main facilities & equipments and machine rooms inspection standards.
熟悉工程部重點設(shè)備的基本數(shù)據(jù)及重要機房的檢查標準。
Arrange and coordinate ENG daily work. Make sure all the R&M work done properly.
安排協(xié)調(diào)各班組的日常維修工作，確保按時完成各項維修保養(yǎng)任務(wù)。

負責管轄區(qū)域機房和工作間標志標識、規(guī)章制度粘貼及更新。
Be responsible for the annual audit and inspection of equipment and facilities in the profession that meet the requirements of the local functional departments.
負責本專業(yè)內(nèi)設(shè)備設(shè)施符合地方職能部門要求的年審檢測。
Review energy-saving and protection condition in all Hotel area.
檢查各區(qū)域節(jié)能狀況及保護設(shè)備設(shè)施情況。
Supervise work condition of each group.
按照工作布置，負責檢查各班組的執(zhí)行情況。
