1. Be familiar with hotel training system, and participate in partial training policy and procedure formulation and regular update.
熟悉酒店培訓系統,參與制定部分培訓政策與程序并確保定期更新。
2. Coordinate the update of Job Description (JD), Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP), New Associates Training Profile/Certification (NATPC), and Training Activity Outline (TAO) on a regular basis.
協調酒店定期更新員工工作職責描述、本地標準操作程序、新員工培訓證書、培訓活動綱要。
3. Monitor training notice board to be update with all hotel and corporate information about training, activity and talent development, etc. Monitor other departments to update on regular basis.
管理宣傳欄信息,發布酒店及集團關于培訓、活動及人才發展等方面的信息。監督其他部門的定期更新。
4. Maintain training room in good condition.
確保培訓教室保持良好狀態。
5. Responsible for training facilities’ management and maintenance.
負責培訓設備的管理和維護。
6. Conduct training needs analysis on regular basis.
定期進行培訓需求分析。
7. Make training plan and training report, and participate in formulating hotel training plan.
制作培訓計劃和培訓報告,參與制定酒店培訓計劃。
8. Assist with all work that related to hotel training, including but not limited to training notification, sign up, material preparation, training site control, sign-in, etc.
協助與酒店培訓相關的所有工作,包括但不限于培訓通知、報名、培訓資料準備、培訓現場管理、員工簽到等。
9. Keep records of each individual associate on every public training session he/she attended in the hotel.
保留每位員工的公共課程培訓記錄。
10. To timely use online learning system to track learning progress.
確保利用線上培訓系統及時追蹤學習進度。
11. Assist with associate who is sent to training out of hotel.
協助外派培訓人員的相關事宜。
12. Maintain hotel training records for legislative on a regular basis.
確保酒店培訓記錄日常化,規范化。
13. Co-ordinate associate training and development using the Marriott International Human Resources Management System.
使用“萬豪人力資源管理系統”協調員工培訓和發展。
14. Planning and delivery of New Hire Orientation.
計劃和實施新員工入職培訓。
15. Coordinate departmental cross-training.
協調部門間交叉培訓。
16. Assist in coordinating task force program.
協助協調跨酒店短期援助項目。
17. Organize reward and certification programs.
組織授獎和證書頒發活動。
18. Assist in creating competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge.

19. Assist and organize all associates activities initiated by L&D section.

20. In charge of the tweet and update on WeChat Official Account.
負責對微信公眾平臺管理并及時發布與更新相關信息。
21. Responsible for managing and maintain associate lounge.
負責員工活動區的管理與維護。
22. Facilitate & organize AssociateVoice survey and the feedback.
