1. To assist the Restaurant Manager in the day’s operations of the restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues and
minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction,associate welfare, and profit margins.
協助經理負責餐廳每天的運營，努力降低成本、提高收入、特別是要使顧客滿意、員工滿意和使利潤。
2. Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history &forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
通過回顧歷史記錄和預測的方法協助準備部門年度預算，有助于發展部門收入的預算目標。
3. Assist the manager to accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
協助經理精確預測商業需求確保員工安置及食品制作。
4. Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott \Renaissance S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.
確保了解并執行萬豪的SOP和酒店的LSOP原則。
5. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed& updated.
確保運營標準的周期性回顧與更新。
6. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始終確保部門的安全和衛生標準。
7. Enforce Marriott’s hygienic standard checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
執行萬豪衛生標準，每月對部門進行檢查。
8. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
負責本部門的所有固定資產和流動資產。
9. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
做好每月預防性的維修檢查。
