1. Follow all company policies and procedures.

2. Prepares, arranges, and serves all food according to the standard set by Executive Chef.
根據(jù)行政總廚所定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備,安排,并提供所有食物。
3. Does mise-en-place, prepares and serves all of foods.
做好所有食品的加工準(zhǔn)備工作。
4. Controls cost by minimising spoilage, waste, and exercising portion control.
控制成本,盡量減少損耗,浪費(fèi)和份量控制。
5. Handles machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils in the proper way and cleans them after use.
確保所有的機(jī)器設(shè)備及器具的清潔,并能在正常工作后及時清理。
6. Cleans refrigeratorsand worktables and ensures that the working area is clean at all times.
在任何時候都要保證冰箱和工作臺及工作區(qū)清潔,整齊。
7. Attends trainingclasses, staff meetings and makes suggestions for improvement.
出席培訓(xùn)班,工作人員會議,并提出改進(jìn)建議。
8. Follows established procedures and perform special duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
接受和執(zhí)行上司指派的其他任務(wù)。
