崗位職責/職位描述
MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES主要職責:
1.????Openand close shift in accordance with manager's checklist.
清楚每日的營業開關流程。
2.????Train,maintain and enforce all Marriott service standards using use records, menusand appropriate reference materials.
培訓，維護和執行所有的萬豪酒店的服務標準使用記錄，菜單和適當的參考材料。
3.????Properlyexecute revenue and check control procedures on shift.
正確執行稅收和檢查控制程序上的轉變。
4.????Maintaina safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests.
為所有同事和客人保持一個安全和衛生的工作環境。
5.????Providefloor coverage during all meal periods.
提供就餐時的承保服務。
6.????Attendand conduct meetings as required.
按要求出席和指導會議。
7.????Ensureall side work is done on a daily basis.

8.????Managean effective repair and maintenance program through the use of work orders,inspections, etc.

Specific Duties工作任務:
1.????Supervisionall staff daily service process.
督導所有的員工日常服務流程。
2.????Regularlycheck restaurant tableware breakage, and loss in accordance with the relevantprovisions.
定期檢查餐廳的餐具破損情況，并根據相關規定進行報損。
3.????Responsiblefor the daily opening and closing work, check all the equipment and facilitiesare damaged or cannot be normal operation should promptly notify the relevantdepartments for maintenance.
負責每日開市和收市的工作，檢查所有的設施設備是否有損壞或是不可正常運作要及時通知相關部門進行維護。
4.????Forguests and timely feedback to the manager on duty.
征求賓客意見并及時反饋給當班經理。
5.????Inspectionstation is in accordance with the standard complement.
檢查工作臺是否按照標準進行補充。
6.????Informationreceiving guests.
接收客人的預定信息。
7.????Payattention to guests, maintain high service.
隨時關注賓客的用餐，保持高效的服務。
Carryout other tasks as directed by your supervisors.完成上級主管安排的其他任務。
