崗位職責

1.Checks rooms and making sure they meet specified standards of cleanliness.?

檢查客房以確保客房達到清潔的特定要求。

2.Communicates with Executive Housekeeper daily.?

每日與客房部管家交流情況。

3.Answers guest questions by having a full knowledge of hotel facilities.?

以對賓館的詳盡了解來回答客人的提問。

4.Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times?

始終保持工作區域干凈整齊。

5.Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.?

保證所有設備保持良好的工作?狀態。

6.Co-ordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel.?

與其它部門合作完成任何必要的工作，以保證酒店的高效運轉。

7.Reports any suspicious persons to Security department immediately.?

及時向保衛部報告可疑人物。

崗位要求
1.大專畢業學歷或同等以上文化程度。
2.有3年以上客房管理工作經驗或3年以上同星級酒店客房管理工作經驗。
3.熟悉本部門專業知識，熟練使用電腦。
4.身體健康，相貌端正。
5.受過專業培訓；并且能力出眾者。
