崗位職責

1. To supervise and manage The HFSMS (Hilton Food Safety Management System) for the entire F&B culinary operation and Company.
為整個的餐飲廚房運作和集團管理希爾頓食品安全管理體系。

2. Attend required meetings and training as directed by the Executive Chef's Office.
出席必要的會議并且按照行政總廚辦公室的指示進行培訓。

3. Responsible For Daily F&B audit and action plan and report.
負責餐飲部每天的審計和行動方案和報告。

4. Responsible for training to all our culinary and F&B staff.
負責培訓廚房和餐飲的所有員工關于食品安全與衛生的知識。

5. Maintain good communication with internal & external guests & team members.
與內外客人和團隊成員保持良好的溝通。

6. Check and maintain garbage room hygiene up to standard.
按照標準檢查和維持垃圾房的衛生。

7. Check and approve garbage classified method.
審閱垃圾分類方法。

8. Keep contact with customer, supplier, government, competitor and the other league member.
與客人、供應商、政府、競爭者和其他團員保持聯系。

9. Schedule, conduct & follow up on HFSMS meetings.
安排，實施&跟蹤有關希爾頓食品安全管理體系的會議。

10. Attends designated meetings and deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors.
出席指定的會議，處理重要的各種外部團體的來話者和來訪者。

11. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
必須有高水平的人際交往能力去駕馭敏感自信的局面。

12. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of public and private entities.
能與所有層次的公共和個人團體聯系溝通。

13. You will be driving forward a programme of Continuous Improvement within an established and very dedicated team that has assisted in the company achieving HFSMS and focusing on HACCP accreditation.
你將在特定團隊的幫助下繼續提高希爾頓食品安全管理體系并且關注危害分析和關鍵環節控制點的鑒定合格程度。

14. Communicates with the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef on all aspects of the HFSMS, to ensure proper co-ordination of instructions and directives.
與行政總廚和行政副總廚溝通，廚師在希爾頓食品安全管理體系的各個方面，確保適當的合作。


資質要求

1. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred but not required.
持有行業衛生資格證書或者職業安全證書者優先。

2. Minimum 3 years working experience desired in the Industrial Hygiene field.
在勞動衛生領域工作最少3年。

3. Must communicate in verbal and written Chinese & English.
能夠聽說、書寫漢語和英語。

4. Mathematical Skills: Knowledge of basic mathematics.
數學上的技能：基礎的數學知識。

5. proficient with many computer programs, such as, Microsoft Word and Excel.
精通很多電腦程序，比如，微軟辦公軟件，文檔和表格。
