崗位職責/職位描述
Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan.參與制定并執行酒店的市場推廣計劃。Identify sources of individual business and group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize revenue.確定酒店散客和團隊生意信息來源,制定獲取生意的行動計劃,爭取最大化的收益。
Maintain accurate forecasting for all group/FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis.保持團隊/散客生意的準確預測,確定銷售的重點以及需要生意的時期。
Help identify sources of individual business and allocate the resources to develop relationships with them.確定散客生意來源并分派相應的銷售人員與之發展關系。
To supervise and monitor the compilation of accurate account information and to ensure this information is kept up to date. 監督和督導最新的客戶信息的編輯,確保信息是最新的。
Director and administer the sales program of the hotel. 酒店銷售計劃的指導者和管理者。
Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers. 制定銷售計劃并指導銷售力量達到團隊和散客的房間夜目標,并發展持續的客戶關系。
Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals. 監督銷售產量并調整銷售活動,客戶覆蓋和銷售的重點以便達到預計的目標。

In conjunction with the DOM and other department heads, maximize room’s inventory and catering space, identify opportunities for focused sales programs.與DOM及其他部門經理一起協調一致使客房和宴會場地的收益最大化,確定銷售的最佳時機。
Coordinate group room forecasts and prospects with the events management and reservations department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.與宴會銷售部門和預訂部協調房間預測和前景使酒店的客房達到最大的使用率。

Develop and maintain effective communication channels:發展和保持有效地溝通渠道。
Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the Director of Marketing and other Marketing department heads. 和市場部總監及其他部門經理保持密切的溝通與聯絡。
Maintain supportive, timely communications with Global Sales Offices and other sister Hotels.與GSO以及其他姐妹酒店相互支持,保持及時的溝通。
Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotel. To update operating departments of the hotel to ensure awareness of bookings and sales programs.在銷售部和營運部門之間進行溝通與協調。保證營運部門獲得預定和銷售機會的最新信息。
Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects.及時的回應客人,與客戶保持有效的溝通。
Conduct regular sales meeting to keep track of sales staff status and business follow-up.定期召開銷售會議來了解銷售人員工作狀態和生意跟進情況。
Perform any other duties related to Sales & Marketing department.履行與市場銷售部相關的任何其他職責。
