and inspect the rooms and public area
該崗位是負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)客房以及公眾區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生。
·Rate of Guest Room turnover
保持客房周轉(zhuǎn)率以確保前臺(tái)有可賣房
·Supervise and train the Room attendant
work procedures
負(fù)責(zé)樓層公共區(qū)域服務(wù)員的工作監(jiān)督和培訓(xùn)
·Complies with Hotel’s health,
safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming? and hygiene standards
·遵守酒店的健康、安全和衛(wèi)生政策，并遵守個(gè)人儀容和衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
·Conduct the
management of Lost & Found items strictly according to Hotel’s P&P.
按照酒店的P&P嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行酒店遺留物品的管理
·?Manage storage areas, complete stock takes as
required, Maintain
stock levels
管理倉庫,按要求完成庫存盤點(diǎn)工作,保存充足的用品存貨
·Supervision public area clean
contractor，ensure compliance with contract requirements
監(jiān)督公共區(qū)域清潔承包商，確保符合合同要求。
·Familiar with distribution of
the floor and public area
熟悉樓層及公共區(qū)域的分布。
·Ensure that the service quality
of the contractor's employees conform to the requirements
確保服務(wù)承包商的員工質(zhì)素符合要求
·Open and close the shift and
ensure effective shift hand over
負(fù)責(zé)管理接班和交班工作，以確保交接班過程的有效進(jìn)行 。
·Perform Room allocations，Prioritise arrival rooms.
劃分員工客房清潔區(qū)域，排列抵店客人的優(yōu)先次序
·Perform Room inspections and ensure up to the hotel cleans standard .
檢查客房，以達(dá)到酒店以及集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
·?Co-ordinate special projects
(eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
協(xié)調(diào)特別項(xiàng)目(如參觀客房，除蟲，窗戶和地毯的清潔，客房供應(yīng)量)。
·Ensure consistency within the
department

·Conducts shift briefings to
ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
