【崗位職責】
1、負責餐廳日常服務工作，包括餐前準備、餐中服務及餐后收尾工作，確保服務流程順暢；
2、熱情接待顧客，主動介紹菜品及酒水，提供專業的點餐建議，提升顧客用餐體驗；
3、嚴格按照服務標準執行擺臺、上菜、撤盤等工作，保持餐廳環境整潔有序；
4、及時響應顧客需求，處理顧客投訴及突發情況，確保問題得到妥善解決；
5、協助餐廳主管完成每日營業數據統計及交接工作，確保信息準確無誤；
6、參與餐廳定期培訓，提升服務技能及產品知識，適應不同班次及節假日工作安排。
【崗位要求】
1、具備良好的服務意識及溝通能力，能夠以熱情、耐心的態度對待顧客；
2、身體健康，形象端正，能夠適應站立工作及快節奏的工作環境；
3、具備團隊合作精神，服從工作安排，責任心強；
4、有餐飲行業相關工作經驗者優先，無經驗者可提供崗前培訓；
