崗位職責/職位描述
Register the guest, assign rooms and room keys accordingly to established check-in/out procedures
根據入住標準為客人辦理入住登記及退房手續。
Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received
確保每日現金出入的準確無誤。
Cashes hotel guest’s personal and assists with currency exchange
負責客人的外幣兌換。
Keep abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
及時了解和掌握財務政策的變更和工作流程的更新。
Sell the hotel and Mandarin Oriental products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
有意識地介紹酒店產品,合理的向客人推薦更好的房型從而為酒店增加收益。
Take the initiative to handle guest complaints, resolve and meet their issues and requirements, and report to the duty manager in a timely manner when encountering difficulties.
主動處理客人的投訴,解決和滿足客人的問題和要求,當遇到困難時及時向值班經理匯報。
Review arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Repeat guests, Groups, special requests etc.
查閱日常的到店信息,包括VIP,常住客,團隊以及有特殊要求的客人等。
Checks discrepancies to ensure correct room status at all times.
確保每日房態的準確無誤。
Be familiar with service standards and is guided in daily work by these. Monitors Front Desk staff performance continuously in this respect.
熟知服務標準并付諸于實踐,監督前臺員工此方面的工作表現。
Conduct the Front Desk staff training and development.
負責前臺員工的培訓和發展。
