崗位職責/職位描述
To assist
and supervise all works carried out by contractor.
協(xié)助和管理承包商完成的項目。
To make
all architectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on own
initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
按照工作分配或主動完成飯店維修工作，保證飯店設施達標。
To conduct
inspection to the building as schedule and give advice of conditions which
might affect the operation of the hotel as well as any potential safety
hazards?
有計劃的開展飯店設施檢查工作，當發(fā)現(xiàn)有安全隱患或設施存在問題有可能影響正常運做時必須及時上報。
Assist in
the construction of exhibits and displays as assigned.
根據(jù)要求，配合其他部門進行加工制作。
6.Perform
all other duties which may be assigned by the Chief engineer or any other
authorized engineer.
執(zhí)行工程總監(jiān)或指定工程師安排的其它工作。
To
maintain clean work place & storage area.
保持工作區(qū)域和儲存區(qū)域的清潔。
To
strictly adhere to fire and life safety regulations.

To perform
assigned task under emergency situations.

Maintain
all tools and equipment properly

To assist
in formulating bill of materials to accomplish tasks.
協(xié)助列出材料價格以便完成工作。
To assist
in maintaining adequate inventory of general building maintenance.
保證酒店維修所需物品充足。
To check the rooms and
Public area and BOH maintenance plan and quality.
檢查并監(jiān)督客房/公區(qū)/后勤區(qū)域保養(yǎng)計劃執(zhí)行及保養(yǎng)質量。
To check
the hotel area fine decoration equipment and arrange maintenance plan and its
implementation.
檢查酒店各區(qū)域精裝設施，并安排維修及做好保養(yǎng)計劃和實施。
