崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
To produce a consistent and high quality product, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following company Standards of Performance.
出品一致的高質(zhì)量菜品,禮貌,專業(yè),高效和靈活的服務(wù),遵守酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行為準(zhǔn)則。
To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Kitchen Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
靈活地保持和廚房其它分部門及其它酒店相關(guān)部門友好相處。
To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per Master Task List for that Department.
如因工作需要做出崗位調(diào)整,則要執(zhí)行被安排部門及崗位的工作職責(zé)和任務(wù)。
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
熟悉工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的工具及設(shè)備設(shè)施。
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
