崗位職責/職位描述
Be present and hands on in preparation and presentation of foods as required.
參與菜品的備料，加工和裝盤。
The Cook is assisting the Chef De Partie with the production and?quality
control of all foods prepared in his/her respective area section.
協助廚師主管在其各自責檔口內完成所有食物準備工作及食物出品質量控制。
?Minimise wastage and spoilage by monitoring business forecasts and work practices
及時了解運營情況和工作規劃，盡量減少浪費和損壞。
Inspect all refrigerated and non-refrigerated food storage areas to ensure appropriate
stock rotation. Ensure any out of stock items are being immediately reported.
檢查本部門所有冷藏庫，冷凍庫，干貨倉儲狀況，并維持流轉。任何沽清項目應及時上報。
Report all challenges and failures of machinery, tools or equipment’s and follow up.
及時匯報并跟進設備用具的維護狀況，及時報損及跟進維護和維修。
Liaise and communicate with other Chef De Parties and Section leaders on any inter departmental requirements.
與其他廚師主管和部門主管及時溝通與聯系以保持檔口間工作協調一致。
?Attend all training sessions deemed suitable by the Department Head.
及時參加相關的培訓。
Attend inter section communication meetings as required for a transparent information exchange.
參加部門每日例會。
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head
承擔上級安排的其他合理工作安排。
