?Cleaning
and scrubbing kitchens and dish washing areas.
清潔及擦洗廚房及洗碗機區域。
?Washing
and scrubbing cooking utensils and equipment.
清潔及擦洗烹飪設備及機器。
Collecting
and storing garbage.
清除及存放垃圾。
Give
Training to new associate.
給新入職員工培訓。
Assists
Shift Leader in conducting training for casual steward.
協助管事部主管為臨時管事員培訓。
Assist
Shift Leader in conducting inventories and handing breakage.
協助管事部主管對破損餐具列出清單。
Carryout
routine maintenance operations as directed by Chief Steward or Shift Leader.
根據管事部經理及主管要求進行設備維修。
Cooperate
with all colleagues and staff from other departments and be a team player.
同其他部門的同事及員工保持良好的團隊精神。
To use
appropriate uniform provided and is well groomed as per the mandarin Oriental
Standard
根據文華東方酒店的標準穿著服裝，保持良好形象。

instructions from shift leader and section chef. Follow safety and security

執行管事部主管及廚師長的要求。按照保安部的標準程序保證個人安全。
Keep always
working areas and access to clean and tidy.
隨時保證工作區域干凈，整潔。
Remove
garbage and place in collection area. Use chemicals according to specification,
safety and effectively. Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
將垃圾送到指定地點。根據規格使用化學藥品。有效安全的使用工具及設備。
Use
safety signage Operate dishwashing equipment. Operate pressure gun vacuum
cleaner-scrubbing machine
安全的使用洗碗機，高壓水槍，吸水器，洗地機。
Assist
kitchen in collecting equipment and store item. A head scheduled training at
his/her level.
協助廚房保存設備及儲存。參加相應的培訓。
Follow
instructions from shift leader to train new associate.
根據管事部主管提供的規則給新員工培訓。
Ensure
