Job description
1.確保自己的服飾、發(fā)型整潔、淡妝等方面全部符合規(guī)定的要求

2.熟悉預(yù)訂資料，了解客情，尤其要記住即將來(lái)店的貴賓、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活動(dòng)。
Familiar with the reservation information, understand the customer's situation, especially remember the names of VIPs and regular customers coming to the store, and understand all the activities of the hotel.
3.熟悉酒店有關(guān)客房銷售的各項(xiàng)政策，向來(lái)店賓客推銷客房，努力爭(zhēng)取優(yōu)異的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

4.熟練掌握店內(nèi)外信息，提供準(zhǔn)確的問(wèn)訊服務(wù)。
