銷售經理負責酒店團隊，散客，宴會及會議等服務項目的銷售工作
主要工作職責:
? 負責本部門的具體工作，負責市場客戶的開發，銷售及管理工作
? 定期訪問客戶，與客戶保持良好的關系。
? 積極主動與其他旅游行業、企事業單位聯系，及時發現潛在需求，開發潛在客戶，努力拓寬酒店業務。
?收集客戶對酒店的反饋意見及建議，并及時上報市場營銷部總監，以便改進工作。
?建立市場客戶檔案資料，建立良好的客戶關系。
?協調好與酒店其他部門的關系，做好對重要客人的優質服務工作。
?協助總經理與社會各團體、組織、新聞媒體保持良好的關系。
?負責提供酒店的最新優惠促銷方案。
?完成上級委派的其它工作。
