【崗位職責】
1.負責酒店人力資源部的管理工作。
2.負責制定酒店人力資源政策、制度。
3.建立酒店的招聘管理體系，有效控制員工流動率。
4.制定酒店人力資源規劃，并組織實施。
5.組織完成年度培訓計劃，針對核心員工進行職業規劃。
6.建立和諧的勞資關系。
7.建立績效管理與考核體系。
8.有效的宣傳企業文化及組織清新樂活的員工活動。
【崗位要求】
1.本科以上學歷，從事酒店人力資源管理工作5年以上。
2.熟知國家、地區勞動法律法規及相關政策。
3.擁有良好個性與魅力的授課風格，培訓技能嫻熟。
4.具備英語聽說讀寫能力。
5.管理類專業，接受過系統的人力資源管理理論培訓。
6.具備較強的溝通能力及抗壓能力。
