崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

工作職責(zé):

  1. 確保客房送餐服務(wù)符合酒店的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶的期望。
  2. 監(jiān)督食品和飲料的準(zhǔn)備、包裝和配送過程,保證出品的質(zhì)量、溫度和外觀。
  3. 處理客人的特殊要求和投訴,及時采取措施解決問題,提高客人滿意度。
  4. 收集客人的反饋意見,為改進服務(wù)提供建議。
  5. 監(jiān)控食品、飲料和餐具的庫存水平,確保庫存充足且不過量積壓。負責(zé)定期盤點和申購所需物品。
  6. 與廚房、餐飲部和客房部等相關(guān)部門保持良好的溝通與協(xié)作,確保服務(wù)流程的順暢。
  7. 協(xié)調(diào)解決部門間的問題和沖突,保障送餐服務(wù)的高效運作。
  8. 嚴格控制送餐服務(wù)的成本,包括食材損耗、人力成本和用品消耗等。
  9. 合理安排資源,提高工作效率,降低運營成本。
  10. 檢查和維護送餐設(shè)備的清潔和正常運行。
  11. 完成日常的工作報表和記錄,如員工考勤、銷售記錄和客人投訴處理記錄等。
  12. 向上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報工作情況和業(yè)績數(shù)據(jù)。

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that room service meets the hotel's quality standards and customer expectations.
  2. Supervise the preparation, packaging and distribution of food and beverages to ensure the quality, temperature and appearance of the product.
  3. Handle guest special requests and complaints, take prompt action to solve problems and improve guest satisfaction.
  4. Collect guest feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.Monitor stock levels of food, beverages and tableware to ensure that stocks are adequate and not overstocked.
  5. Responsible for regular inventory and requisition of required items.
  6. Maintain good communication and collaboration with kitchen, Food and beverage and housekeeping departments to ensure smooth service flow.
  7. Coordinate and resolve inter-departmental issues and conflicts to ensure the efficient operation of the food delivery service.
  8. Strictly control the cost of food delivery services, including food waste, labor costs and supplies consumption.
  9. Reasonable allocation of resources, improve work efficiency, reduce operating costs.
  10. Check and maintain the cleanliness and normal operation of food delivery equipment.
  11. Complete daily work reports and records, such as staff attendance, sales records and guest complaint handling records.
  12. Report work status and performance data to superiors.


崗位要求:

具有國際性酒店同崗位工作經(jīng)驗2年以上
英語交流能力良好
