- 遵守廚房衛生和安全規定,確保廚房環境整潔、安全。
- 負責廚房食材的驗收和儲存管理。檢查食材的質量、數量和新鮮度,確保符合餐廳的標準。
- 合理安排食材的儲存位置和方式,防止食材變質和浪費。
- 管理廚房設備和工具的使用和維護。
- 正確使用廚房設備和工具,避免因操作不當造成設備損壞。
- 定期檢查設備和工具的運行狀況,及時安排維修和保養。
- 制作西餐菜品,保證菜品的質量和口味符合餐廳要求。嚴格按照菜品制作標準和流程進行操作,確保菜品的一致性。
- 與餐廳服務員、采購部門、倉庫管理等部門保持良好的溝通和合作。
- 及時解決廚房與其他部門之間的矛盾和問題,提高工作效率。
- 保證廚房的衛生,確保廚房符合衛生標準。
- 定期檢查廚房的衛生狀況,及時整改存在的問題。
- 嚴格遵守食品安全法規,確保菜品的安全衛生。
- 遵守食品安全操作規范,防止食品污染和食物中毒事故的發生。
- 檢查廚房的消防設施和設備的運行狀況,及時排除安全隱患。
- Comply with the kitchen hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Be responsible for the acceptance and storage management of kitchen ingredients. Check the quality, quantity and freshness of the ingredients to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
- Arrange the storage locations and methods of food ingredients reasonably to prevent them from deteriorating and being wasted.
- Manage the use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.Use kitchen equipment and tools correctly to avoid damage caused by improper operation.
- Regularly inspect the operational status of equipment and tools, and promptly arrange for maintenance and upkeep.
- Prepare Western cuisine dishes and ensure that the quality and taste of the dishes meet the requirements of the restaurant.?
- Operate strictly in accordance with the standards and procedures for dish preparation to ensure the consistency of the dishes.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with departments such as restaurant waiters, the purchasing department, and warehouse management.
- Resolve conflicts and problems between the kitchen and other departments in a timely manner to enhance work efficiency.
- Ensure the hygiene of the kitchen and make sure it meets hygiene standards.
- Regularly inspect the hygiene conditions of the kitchen and promptly rectify any existing problems.
- Strictly abide by food safety regulations to ensure the safety and hygiene of dishes.
- Comply with food safety operation norms to prevent food contamination and food poisoning incidents.
- Check the operation status of the fire-fighting facilities and equipment in the kitchen and promptly eliminate potential safety hazards.

- 至少兩年五星級酒店或精品餐廳工作經歷。
