6. 管理前臺物資，確保充足且合理使用。
7. 與其他部門保持良好溝通，協調工作。
8. 嚴格執行酒店的各項規章制度。

Job Responsibility:

1. Supervise and direct front desk staff, assign tasks and schedule shifts.
2. Handle guest booking, check-in, check-out and other business to ensure smooth process.
3. Monitor the service attitude and quality of front desk staff to improve guest satisfaction.
4. Solve guest complaints and problems in a timely manner and coordinate with relevant departments to deal with them.
5. Organize staff training, improve staff business ability and service level.
6. Manage front desk supplies to ensure adequate and proper use.
7. Maintain good communication and coordination with other departments.
8. Strictly enforce all hotel rules and regulations.

崗位要求：

• 良好的溝通能力。
• 具有國際性酒店同崗位工作經驗2年以上。
• 計算機能力熟練。

英語交流能力流利。

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• More than 2 years working experience in international hotel in the same position.
• Computer proficiency.
