崗位職責
1、This is an iconic symbol of Kempinski and is in essence the Hotel Ambassador （or First Lady）. As an extended arm of the General Manager she welcomes, meets and farewells hotel guests and is responsible for the communication with all guests providing highest quality service standards. 2、well being Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education
3、Minimum of 3 years experience in a Manager level position in Front Office or Guest Relations preferably in an international five star hotel
4、Excellent oral and written skills
5、Advanced knowledge of Opera
6、Knowledge of hotel operations ＆ Computer systems
