崗位職責
Job Description
1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and?geographical ?locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照銷售計劃根據各自的市場執行相應的銷售活動。
2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
積極地參與完成部門銷售任務,為整個部門達到銷售預算做出貢獻。
3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
緊密的跟進所負責的客戶的收入產量,以及與公司商務、散客、會務相關的生意。
4.Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
無論何時,最大化增加銷售額。
5.Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
協助高級銷售經理和銷售總監預測未來房間的收入和公司/散客/會議/長住客/的平均房價。
6.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

7.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
在高級銷售經理,銷售總監或商務發展總監的直接批準下對主要市場的地區制定銷售拜訪計劃,對一些特別地區的市場進行電話銷售,向高級銷售經理或銷售總監匯報潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
8.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產品信息,包括公司協議價、主要客戶及其產量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務等,并定期向銷售總監匯報。
9.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
與宴會銷售緊密溝通并協同工作,通過定期的酒店招待、宴請及舉辦主題活動來全面地保持好客戶關系。

Job Requirements
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大學專科,良好的中英文讀寫能力。
2.Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在國際連鎖酒店的相關經驗。
3.Sound communication skills.
具有良好的溝通技巧。
4.With strong teamwork spirit.
擁有較強團隊合作精神。
5.Good interpersonal skills.
較強的人際交往能力。
6.Have hotel sales experiences.

7.Those with local resources are preferred.
