崗位職責(zé)
Job Description
1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and?geographical ?locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照銷售計(jì)劃根據(jù)各自的市場執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的銷售活動(dòng)。
2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
積極地參與完成部門銷售任務(wù),為整個(gè)部門達(dá)到銷售預(yù)算做出貢獻(xiàn)。
3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
緊密的跟進(jìn)所負(fù)責(zé)的客戶的收入產(chǎn)量,以及與公司商務(wù)、散客、會(huì)務(wù)相關(guān)的生意。
4.Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
無論何時(shí),最大化增加銷售額。
5.Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
協(xié)助高級銷售經(jīng)理和銷售總監(jiān)預(yù)測未來房間的收入和公司/散客/會(huì)議/長住客/的平均房價(jià)。
6.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
參與主要的旅行社和會(huì)議的活動(dòng)并促進(jìn)酒店銷售(房間,宴會(huì),服務(wù)以及其他設(shè)施)。
7.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
在高級銷售經(jīng)理,銷售總監(jiān)或商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)的直接批準(zhǔn)下對主要市場的地區(qū)制定銷售拜訪計(jì)劃,對一些特別地區(qū)的市場進(jìn)行電話銷售,向高級銷售經(jīng)理或銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
8.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產(chǎn)品信息,包括公司協(xié)議價(jià)、主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會(huì)務(wù)等,并定期向銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)。
9.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
與宴會(huì)銷售緊密溝通并協(xié)同工作,通過定期的酒店招待、宴請及舉辦主題活動(dòng)來全面地保持好客戶關(guān)系。

Job Requirements
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大學(xué)專科,良好的中英文讀寫能力。
2.Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在國際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Sound communication skills.
具有良好的溝通技巧。
4.With strong teamwork spirit.
擁有較強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
5.Good interpersonal skills.
較強(qiáng)的人際交往能力。
6.Have hotel sales experiences.
有酒店銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7.Those with local resources are preferred.
