崗位職責:
1.?按照主管或者領班安排提前擺放好桌椅、做好餐廳衛生及鋪臺,準備好各種用品,確保正常營業使用。
2.?接待顧客應主動、熱情、禮貌、耐心、周到,讓每一位賓客體驗到心藝家服務的標準。
3.?善于向顧客介紹和推銷各個餐廳飲品及特色菜點。
4.?配合領班和主管的工作,團結及善于幫助其他同事的工作。
5.?積極參加酒店的公共培訓和部門培訓,不斷提高專業技能。
崗位要求:
1.?對工作認真踏實,工作態度端正,能吃苦耐勞。
2.?掌握必需的食品、酒水知識,有一定的餐飲服務技能。
3.?身體健康,儀容儀表整潔端正。
Key Responsibilities:
1. To prepare the dinning setup, ensure the plenty of tablewares are ready before the breakfast and dinner.
2. To deliver a warmly heartist service to all guests.
3. To introduce the?characteristic food and beverage options to guests.
4. To corporate with restaurant captain/ supervisor, teamup with other department colleagues.
5. To participate in the hotel generic trainings and departmental trainings, in order to improve the working skills.
Required Skills:
1. Attentive to work details, with a good attitude, and work hard.
2. Be aware of the Food & Beverage knowledge, require basic service skills.
3. Physically healthy, a tidy grooming and a good appearance are preferred.
