崗位職責:
1.根據年度市場銷售計劃管理銷售活動,并執行酒店銷售策略實現或超額完成預算。
2.監督日常銷售經理/銷售主任的銷售活動,負責指導銷售和培訓的具體職責。
3.與銷售總監協作,領導和監督銷售團隊。
4.通過銷售談判,實現酒店的最大利潤和最高價格。
5.參加酒店客戶的活動以及當地社區商務或交流活動。
崗位要求:
Key Responsibilities:
1.The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.?
2.?Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
3.In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team.
4.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
5.Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.
