崗位職責/職位描述

·         Assist Pastry Chef in the daily operation and to help maintain a high standard of food presentation and food quality.

·         Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.

·         Keep cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the Pastry Kitchen, including storeroom, cold storage room, and dry storage room.

·         Support the Pastry Chef in the overall smooth operation of the Pastry Kitchen to ensure prompt service delivery at all times.

·         Participates in making food requisitions.

Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗

 

·         High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking

高中學歷,或正規糕點烘焙學校學習

·         Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel

至少6到8年四星或五星級酒店的相關工作經驗

·         Acknowledged managerial skills     

具有相關管理技能

·         Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines      

了解,熟悉HACCP知識

·         Computer literate in the Windows environment    

熟悉電腦操作知識

·         Languages: fluent in the national language, knowledge of English recommended.

語言要求:熟練中文及懂英語更佳
