崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

·Public area supervisor communicate and supervise all public area attendant to ensure proper completion of all task .He maintain public and back of the house area in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines established by hotel.

·Brief all Public Area? aware of public area events, attendees of the hotel and hotel’s promotion program.

·Acknowledge and greet all guests in public areas.

·Ensure guest request and preference are to be ready before event start.

·All area to be clean and well set up and is ready for customer on all the time.

·Provides a clean and defect free public area for customer.

·Respond to all guest requests in an enthusiastic manner.? Expedite requests as quickly and effectively.

·Communicates with guest at every opportunity to get their feedback.

·Ensures a high level of guest recovery from guest complaints.

·Be visible and accessible to the guest and follow through.

·Maintains strong relationship and goodwill with other departments.

·Practices and promote effective and timely recovery of guest complaint situations.

·Personally attend to request/ problem of guest and own the problem ensures such will be resolved on the spot.

·Ensure that team member produce consistent excellent service along with a SMILE.

·Check and follow up on cleaning schedule and contract cleaning projects on Daily, weekly, monthly basic.

·Make sure all cleaning schedule and project are implementing as schedule.

·Maintains and delivers the hotel minimum standards.

·給公共區(qū)域員工通報(bào)酒店當(dāng)天的接待任務(wù)和活動(dòng)。

·熟知客人且在公共區(qū)域碰見(jiàn)時(shí)要熱情招呼。

·在活動(dòng)開始之前確保衛(wèi)生清潔質(zhì)量,活動(dòng)之中滿足客人的所有需求。

·確保公共區(qū)域一切正常,以迎接客人隨時(shí)到來(lái)。

·給客人提供干凈整潔的公共區(qū)域。

·熱情接待每一位客人,時(shí)刻保持微笑及使用法語(yǔ)問(wèn)候,迅速及時(shí)解決客人的需求。

·抓住每一個(gè)為客人服務(wù)的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)與客人接觸,了解客人的需求并為其提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

·確保對(duì)客人投訴有高的補(bǔ)救率。

·及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)客人的需求并予以落實(shí)。

·密切配合其他部門的工作。

·有效及時(shí)地對(duì)客人的投訴進(jìn)行補(bǔ)救。

·隨時(shí)促進(jìn)工作,隨時(shí)彌補(bǔ)不足。

·確保始終如一的微笑服務(wù)。

·每天每周每月都要對(duì)清潔程序及外包清潔區(qū)域的狀況和工作持續(xù)及其清潔結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。

·確保所有的清潔計(jì)劃都按照時(shí)間表執(zhí)行。

·全面落實(shí)酒店的清潔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
