To assist the Talent & Culture Manager in achieving T&Cgoals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, personneladministration/records, and employee relations etc.
協助人才與文化經理完成人才與文化部的各項目標和任務,特別是人員招聘、人事管理和員工關系等方面。
1.To be responsiblefor staff recruitment to meet the operation needs, including releasinginformation, sourcing candidates and conduct primary interview.
負責員工招聘工作,滿足酒店營運對人員的需要,包括發布招聘信息、尋找招聘對象來源以及進行首輪面試篩選。
2.To be responsiblefor the management of staff canteen, locker room etc to ensure they are welloperated and maintained.
負責員工餐廳、更衣室等的管理,保證這些設施受到妥善維護和良好使用。
3.To assist the Talent& Culture Manager with the annual manning budget and manpower cost budget.
協助人才與文化經理編制年度人員預算、員工工資、福利等成本預算。
4.Conduct annualsalary survey and assist the Talent & Culture Manager with the annualsalary review proposal and implementation.
進行年度工資調查,協助人才與文化經理提出年度工資調整方案并具體操作實施。
5.Keep contact andmaintain good relationship with the labor and relevant organizations, and dealwith necessary procedures of employment and Social Insurance timely.
與勞動社保等部門保持良好的關系,確保員工錄用、社會保險等手續的及時辦理。
6.Keep contact andmaintain good relationship with relevant schools and talent agencies to sourcecomparatively qualified trainees.
與有關學校和中介保持良好的關系,招募有一定質量的實習生。
7.Handling allmatters of foreign Interns hiring.
處理聘用外籍實習生的事宜。
8.Organize annualstaff party, assist in organization of staff activity such as staff birthdayparty etc.
組織員工聯歡會、協助組織生日聚會等員工活動。
9.Oversee PersonnelSupervisor and Personnel Assistant to ensure all personnel routine workcompleted in compliance with HR Standard Operation Procedure.
確保所有人事方面的日常工作按照人力資源部的標準操作程序完成。
10.Handle employeecomplain and dispute case. Investigates the discipline case if needs andconsults with HODs on appropriate action.
處理員工投訴和糾紛,如有需要,調查員工的違紀事件,與部門經理商討合適的處理方法,提出處理建議。
11.Conduct exitinterview for Supervisor and below employees and summarized information.
督導級及以下員工的離職面談及情況匯總。
12.Assist TrainingManager with New Staff Orientation, and conduct the concerned course.
協助培訓經理搞好新員工的入職培訓,并負責有關的課程。
13.Complete monthlyreport related to personnel timely and correctly.
正確準時完成人事方面的報表.
14.Other workassigned.
其他交辦的工作。
崗位要求
1.Collegedegree or above.
大專以上學歷。
2.3 yearsor above experience in personnel administration esp. in the area of recruitmentat 4 or 5 star international hotels
三年以上國際品牌酒店人事管理特別是招聘工作的經驗。
3.Fluentoral and written English.
有良好的英語能力。
4.familiarwith the relevant national and local labor laws and regulations
熟悉國家和地方的勞動法律法規。
5.Withcapability of communication and coordination.
有較強的溝通協調和管理能力。
6.Workhonestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
工作認真負責,作風正派,處事公正,有良好的素質。
